Coast Creative, founded by Sarah McMahon Healy, is a boutique public relations and social media agency with a proven track record of advancing our clients’ interests. We specialize in social media strategy and management, and running public relations and influencer campaigns on both the local and national level. Coast Creative has experience working with clients on a wide array of projects, including reputation management, product launches, restaurant openings, and brand awareness.
From our experience, we know that a local and national activation strategy is imperative for boosting brand awareness, which will ultimately result in sales and engagement. Meet Sarah
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
With a diverse background in professional sports, hospitality and lifestyle, Sarah has over eight years of public relations, marketing and social media expertise. A passion for storytelling and branding, Sarah has developed and executed successful public relations and social media campaigns for both local and national brands.
Sarah started her career in professional sports with the Boston Bruins organization where she held various positions including Communications Specialist for three years. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Nicole Russo Communications, a boutique hospitality communications agency. There she developed and executed product launch strategies for clients such as Red Bull and public relations and influencer campaigns for multiple Boston restaurant openings.
At NRC, she also oversaw social media strategy and management for several restaurant clients. Today, she manages a variety of business social media pages with a combined following of over 80,000. Sarah's eye for creativity and beauty lends itself to curating and creating content that showcases all that a client has to offer.
